Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on the provision of services. However; we will try to attempt to remediate the issues if notified before 14 days since the last service rendered.

 If a customer offers or suggest another product or foreign product that is not normally used for the service agreed upon will void any and all refunds of services.
Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. If customer provides there own drawings, schematics, for any wood, plastic, metal structure, or fencing, landscaping structures (such as Flower beds) there will be no refund.

All Customer providing their own structural plans that are not certified by an approved and licensed Engineer will be labile for any defects to the structure and or to the build of such structure to which may cause injury and or bodily harm to any users and to the customers.
Shipping costs are non-refundable!
